Research food guide pyramid information.

Answer the following questions in a microsoft document:
1. What are the food groups?
2. What are the serving allowances for each food group?
3. What are serving sizes for foods?
Serving allowances are HOW MANY servings you should have in one day.
Serving sizes are the size of each serving you should have.
Example: You need six-eleven servings of grain per day. One serving of grain is one slice of bread or equivalent.
Analyze the food you eat. Fully explain your answers!
